How it works

Start with a pilot, continue if you like it.

  1. PilotOne region, one campaign, eight weeks. The fee equals 2 months of subscription; setup the same day.
  2. Deducted if you continueIf you move to a contract, the pilot fee is deducted from the first invoice. If you don't, you pay nothing else.
  3. Monthly, leave any monthAfter the pilot it runs monthly; you can cancel at month end. For a discount on an annual plan, write to us.
  4. Only active users countBilling follows the number of people who used the app in the last 30 days. Unused seats aren't charged.

AI usage

Fair use, in writing from the start.

AI usage such as practice, message writing and photo measurement is covered by fair use. The quota is set in the pilot from real usage and notified to you in writing beforehand; if it's exceeded there is no surprise bill, we talk first.

FAQ

What people ask about pricing.

Do you offer mentoring and consulting?

Yes, optionally. It is separate from the software price and not required; we agree the scope together based on your team's needs and give a separate quote. The first conversation is free.

Why USD?

Our AI and infrastructure costs are in foreign currency. The list is in USD, but invoices are issued in TL at the exchange rate on the invoice date; you don't need a foreign-currency account.

Same price for managers and reps?

Yes, the per-user price is the same. If you want to discuss a different price for a level, write to us.

What is the minimum number of users?

The pilot is designed for 30 to 100 users. We can talk about smaller teams too.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Employees can download their own data from the app and request deletion. We settle in writing in the contract what happens to the organization's data when you leave.

Is the price fixed?

If the price changes, it doesn't apply during your current contract term, and you are told in writing beforehand.
