Red direct
Short, goal-focused, time-boxed. Wants the result, not the reasoning.
Goal: 10 leads. Start today.
Strategic Artificial Intelligence
STRAI learns your goals and policies, gives each field sales rep tasks in the voice that works for them, tracks the result and coaches the team. The human talks to the customer; the AI carries everything else.
This week: 10 new dealer visits on the European side. Focus: cold-chain products.
STRAI writes the same goal four ways for four people
Goal: 10 dealers, this week. Cold chain first. I expect the result Friday at 5 pm.
Last month in your area: 7 visits, 3 conversions. Goal is 10; cold-chain margin is 12% higher. List and route attached.
We planned 10 dealer visits this week; your cold-chain experience will help a lot. I'm here if you get stuck.
10 dealers, one week, and the cold-chain stage is yours. If you have an unusual opening idea, try it; we'll share the best one with the team on Friday.

How it works
Four colors
Every employee has a leadership color, set by a three-minute survey and updated with every result. STRAI reads the color when it writes the message; the manager only approves.
Short, goal-focused, time-boxed. Wants the result, not the reasoning.
Goal: 10 leads. Start today.
Data, comparison, a step-by-step plan. Won't move without hearing the why.
You grew 12% last month. For this goal I suggest three steps…
Support, trust, togetherness. Wants an invitation, not pressure.
Let's plan a short meeting with the team; I'll back you.
Energy, freedom, stage. Wants to find their own way.
Got a campaign idea that catches an opportunity? I'd like a short pitch.
Five layers
We start with the task loop. Each layer is fed by the data of the one before; none is an independent promise.
Policies, catalogs, campaign rules and methodology sources in one knowledge base. "What was the condition of this campaign?" is answered with its source.
Leadership color, communication style, competencies, workload. Not a static HR file; a profile updated by every task result.
A goal is entered; who gets it, in what order and in what tone is decided. When something stalls, the person is approached first.
After every conversation: personal feedback, practice with an AI customer, coaching questions that find the real issue, and a personal development plan. The emotional core of the product.
Behavior, not just numbers: which customer type the team is missing, whose workload and rhythm are shifting, which campaign's language didn't land. Suggestions arrive; the manager decides.
Coach layer · live now
Three agents work together: the Simulator plays different customer types, the Analyst breaks down the conversation, the Mentor helps the person find the real issue without judging. The methodology comes from sales psychology and cognitive coaching; technical mistakes go to technical sources, morale to coaching sources.
Sample dialogue; the person is illustrative.
Closed loop · live now
From task results and practice report cards, STRAI extracts at most three development areas per person. The person sees the plan first; if they accept it, their manager follows progress. What they write stays private to them.
How many days it took to reach the goal and whether the commitment was kept appear on the manager's screen. The plan does not set bonuses or scores; the decision stays with people.
Expert Studio · live now
A coach or mentor sees how the AI behaves, lists gaps, improves prompts as drafts, tries them side by side with the current one in simulation and, when satisfied, releases them to the field. If needed, one tap rolls it back.
Record the system's shortcomings; STRAI also reads the prompt critically and suggests possible gaps. None enters the list without your approval.
See what the draft adds and removes versus the live version. Pick comments and gaps and have the AI work them into the draft.
Run two versions with the same input: play the salesperson in a customer simulation and see the difference in the report card, coaching and task message.
Nothing reaches the field untested and unrated positive. Every version is kept, a release log is written, and the previous version is one tap away.
Upload a PDF, Word or text file. No source enters without a written permission record; once the organization admin approves, the AI uses it with citations.
Who it's for
Designed for organizations with over a hundred employees, sales teams spread across regions and frequently changing campaigns.
Principles
Pilot program
A pilot has 30 to 100 users, a single campaign and three measurable indicators: task completion, manager satisfaction and conversion difference. It needs no integration and works from day one.
Early access opens by invitation. If you aren't invited, the app guides you: a ready-made message to send your manager, or a join request with your organization's code; you're let in as soon as it's approved. The app interface is currently in Turkish; AI output language can be set to English per organization.
